Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts bring extensive clinical experience and a deep commitment to supporting children and families throughout Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, and Boca Raton. We combine evidence-based practices with genuine compassion to help every child reach their full potential.

Virginia Serpas, MA, BCBA

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Since 2014, Virginia has dedicated her career to ABA, specializing in early intervention and earning a reputation for guiding families with practical, compassionate support. She began as a behavior technician, advanced to assistant behavior analyst, and earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida before becoming a BCBA. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Pivotal Achievements, Virginia provides leadership across all areas of the clinic—training and developing RBTs, supporting BCBAs, and shaping the culture to uphold the highest standards where children make meaningful progress and clinicians feel valued and inspired.

Alexie Sabala, M.Ed., BCBA

Co-Founder & Director of Mentorship

With over a decade of experience in ABA, Alexie is recognized for his precision in developing focused, evidence-based interventions and for his leadership as a mentor to students pursuing careers in behavior analysis. He began his career as an RBT, advanced to assistant behavior analyst, and went on to earn his Master’s in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Washington before becoming a BCBA. At Pivotal Achievements, he leads cohorts of student analysts through intensive BCBA fieldwork, shaping future behavior analysts who are confident, capable, and committed to excellence.

Stephanie Padilla, MS, BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Stephanie began her career in ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she quickly discovered her passion for celebrating progress and supporting families. Motivated to make a greater impact, she earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and went on to become a BCBA. She has worked across diverse settings, helping children achieve meaningful goals while empowering families every step of the way. At Pivotal Achievements, Stephanie brings warmth and creativity to her practice, designing engaging, purposeful learning experiences and continuing to grow as a clinician dedicated to lasting progress.

Cristina Domenech, M.S., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cristina is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly a decade of experience supporting children with autism and their families across clinic, home, and school settings. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University and has been a BCBA since 2017.

Throughout her career, Cristina has served in clinical leadership roles, supervising BCBAs, BCBA candidates, RBTs, and behavior technicians while developing individualized treatment plans focused on meaningful skill development and positive behavior change. She is passionate about collaborating with families through parent training and believes that empowering caregivers is an essential part of every child’s success.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Cristina is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. She is excited to partner with families to help every child build confidence, independence, and lasting achievements.
