This is a center-based only position located in our Coral Springs preschool-style clinic. No in-home sessions. No driving between clients. No unpredictable schedules.

What We Offer

Consistent Hours
& Reliable Pay

  • Full-time RBTs: 35–40 hours per week
  • Part-time RBTs: Approx. 25 hours per week
  • Hourly rate: $22–$26/hour
    Supported by structured scheduling, a strict cancellation policy, and paid indirect work opportunities to help minimize lost hours

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision

Implement individualized treatment plans and skill-building programs

Collect and track data using online data systems

Write clear, accurate session notes documenting progress and session details

Requirements to Apply

  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course
  • Associate’s degree and actively working toward a Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Commitment to obtaining RBT certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral neuroscience, or a related field
  • Previous professional experience working with children
