What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs

Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed

Collaborate with families to ensure alignment and carryover

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB

Requirements to Apply

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or fieldwork students
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with young children
  • Experience in a clinic or center-based setting
  • Leadership or mentorship experience
